It is with great sadness that we announce the death of our former Chairman, David Leach.
David, who joined the Board of Directors in 1975 and took over as Chairman in 2001, was one of the grandsons of our founder, Thomas Leach. The Directors are indebted to his wise counsel over the years, particularly in the planning of our £1.5m relocation to our current premises in June 2008.
Our condolences go to his wife Joyce, daughters Clare and Helen and sons John and Mark.
Dave Mullord, who joined us in 2007 as Estimator, moved into the role of Sales Executive in 2011. Due to the outstanding contribution that he has made in terms of sales and other important skills that he brings to the business, Dave has been appointed Director Designate.

Welcome to our Finishing Department. Chris, who comes to us with a wealth of experience in the trade, replaces Pauline Bates, who recently retired. His role will cover all aspects of finishing, including large format. Welcome aboard Chris – good to have you with us.
Jason Day has taken up a new role in our Design Studio, which he will combine with the important task of overseeing our 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardise, Sustain) workplace management programme.
Jason has been with us for over 25 years, proving that he and we must be doing something right. We wish him well in his new role.
